SiteResponse by SiteProcure

Coverage that scales with the storm.

SiteResponse adds crews and equipment from our national bench when a big event outgrows your vendors, steps in when a vendor fails, and covers sites heading into the season unsigned. Your sites stay open either way.

  1. A storm outgrows your vendors, or one fails
You make one call or send one form.
  2. We dispatch from the bench
A vetted crew matched to the site and market.
  3. The site opens, on the record
    Time, photos and scope documented.
Where SiteResponse fits

Four situations. One call.

Surge capacity

When the storm outgrows your vendors

Your vendors are working but can't cover everything in a large event. We add crews and equipment alongside them, then step back.

Vendor failure

When a vendor doesn't show

Your program covers the site on paper. When it fails mid-event, we're the backup call. Your existing contract stays in place.

Unsigned

Sites still missing coverage

Heading into the season with gaps? We place a vendor from our bench without a portfolio-wide re-bid.

Under SiteProcure oversight

Sites we already oversee

Vendor failures are covered under your oversight agreement at no added charge.

How it works

Staged before the storm. Dispatched when it counts.

Step 1

Send us your sites

Share your site list and markets. We match each site to vetted vendors and operators on our bench.

Step 2

We stage backup

Before the season, or ahead of a forecast storm, crews are lined up for your markets.

Step 3

The storm hits, we dispatch

Extra capacity or a replacement crew, on one call or one form. We confirm when each site is serviced.

Step 4

You get the record

Every emergency service is documented with time, photos and scope.

Questions

What operators ask first

Do we have to cancel our current contract?

No. SiteResponse works alongside your vendors, as extra capacity or as backup. Your existing contract stays in place.

How fast can you dispatch?

It depends on the market and the size of the event. Send us your site list and we'll tell you honestly where our bench is deep before you count on it.

Who does the work?

Pre-qualified vendors and operators from our bench, each reviewed and approved by a person for the services and areas they cover.

Where do you cover?

Snow markets nationwide. We confirm coverage market by market against your site list.

Is this a broker?

No. SiteResponse supplements your program, it doesn't replace it. No vendor pays us, and on sites we oversee, you contract directly with the vendor.

What happens after the storm?

You get a documented record of every service. If you want more, we can stage backup for the rest of the season or benchmark your contracts before renewal.
